RAL Colours is well known for its standardized colour collections. The brand name RAL Colours comprises different globally used colour collections which are created and administrated by the German RAL gGmbH, a non-profit company which is a subsidiary of the German RAL Institute.
RAL offers professional colour users a wide range of precise colour samples with the colour collections RAL Classic and RAL Effect, as well as the RAL Design System. The RAL Colours palette comprises a total of 2,328 shades. RAL Colour products extend from colour fans, plastic stanards and software to colour scheme and trend books. It evolved from areas of public labeling in Germany gong back to 1927. Today RAL Colours are sold in more than 85 countries being mainly used in architecture, furniture design and industrial application.
