MEET NEAL SOFIAN –
“People don’t usually care much about their health, except when they don’t have it. They really care about their life, however. Tying health to your life is the secret sauce of making change.”
For more than 35 years Neal has been recognized nationally for innovative work in population-based and corporate health promotion/management, disease management, organizational change and knowledge sharing. He’s responsible for promoting many early wellness-focused social networking platforms including the American Cancer Society’s Network. He designed and implemented health and productivity management services for regional and national employers, successfully incorporating health promotion, disease management, onsite primary care, and time-loss management strategies. Neal has also taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington School of Public Health and holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Missouri School of Medicine.
Neal leads Vivacity’s team dedicated to developing strategies and tools to help people reach their optimal health, by focusing on differences and goals of each individual.
