POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a full-time Account Manager to actively direct and perform activities necessary to ensure that a client’s projects and accounts are completed on time according to the client’s expectations. Working collaboratively with a Sales Lead the Account Manager will own the account and projects from initial site measurements through to final punchlist.

The responsibilities of Account Manager will include (but are not limited too): Work with clients and their selected representatives to determine project goals including aesthetics, budget and functionality. To Be Successful in this Position you will need:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in commercial interiors industry with a strong working and practical knowledge of commercial furnishings. Knoll product knowledge is a plus and will be a huge advantage to the successful candidate.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential to success in this position. Space Planner – CallisonRTKL – Seattle, WA

CallisonRTKL seeks a Space Planner with experience in retail design to join its Retail Stores Practice Group in Seattle. As a designer at CallisonRTKL, you will join a highly collaborative and creative team dedicated to excellence in design. The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, detailed-oriented and a self-starting individual driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Develops space plans for retail stores
  • Designs and draws interior plans, fixture plans, and elevations
  • Works with intermediate and senior level staff to review work for design integrity, accuracy, clarity and quality
  • Maintains fixture databases and metrics
  • Participates in schematic design activities, including making adaptations and modifications and assisting other designers in specific aspects of overall design
  • Researches codes as they relate to planning solutions
  • Provides quality support and initiative to further overall business goals and objectives
  • Pursues continuous improvement and ease of doing business to meet or exceed customer needs
  • Stays up-to-date with design industry trends and incorporates them into daily practice
  • Acts as client interface throughout the project

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related design field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 9+ years of experience as an interior designer or space planner, retail experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the design process, including color and materials, furniture systems FF&E, and specifications
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD or Microstation
  • Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects
  • Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all clients and employees
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly, both verbally and graphically
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills
  • LEED accreditation preferred

The Assistant Design Consultant provides interior design consultation, tile and stone selection and support for our wholesale customer as well as their clients. Provides outstanding customer service and assists clients in the selection of tile & stone products primarily focusing on color, size, and coordination.

Responsibilities:
• Provides tile and stone selection advice and support at least 40% of their time
• Addresses and resolves tile & installation questions
• Actively contributes to branch sales by creating projects and following them through to completion
• Provides key liaison assistance with the A&D community and Daltile’s Architectural Representatives
